The Process and Terms

Once you are logged into your account you can select a category, enter a city or zip code and mile radius and the participating businesses will be displayed along with their participating offer. The businesses will provide either a set dollar value off the total bill, a percentage off a single item or the total bill or a buy one get one free offer, etc.. The savings is deducted from your account balance which is displayed in real time at the top right of your online account.

Details:

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Participation is limited to individuals residing in the United States of America. 
• Participants must have a valid email address to receive their Dining and Entertainment Certificate or have permission to use someone else's email to receive your information.. 
• All information entered on the Challenge Completion Form must be accurate. 
• The Challenge can end at any time without notice.  If the Challenge is ended, it will either be posted on the Home page of the website or the website will be removed. 

Participants agree to hold the company and its associated companies harmless against any unforeseen events impacting certificate issuance or fulfillment, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, power failures, internet disruptions, any occurrences with the issuing company or any other circumstances which may interfere with the issuing or fulfillment of the certificates. Participants agree to hold any person, entity or company involved in the Acts of Kindness Challenge completely harmless of any harm, physical, mental or financial they encounter due to trying to show kindness to someone.
